Meet Joel Pedroza. Joel is a Senior Manager of Intermodal Auto Parts Operations. He has been with the Loup for 6 years. “I decided to work at Loup because a close friend of mine invited me to apply,” Joel said. “I’m glad he did.”

As a Senior Manager of Intermodal Auto Parts Operations, Joel works with one of Loup’s largest auto parts customers.

Day-to-day, Joel:

• Helps manage intermodal auto parts shipments
• Ensures Loup auto parts customers get the excellent service they require
• Oversees just-in-time deliveries for Loup OEM customers

When asked what he finds rewarding about his job, Joel said, “Every day is a new challenge in a fast paced environment. I enjoy working with a team to accomplish our common goals.”

During his free time, Joel likes to play, watch or referee soccer. With the pandemic, he is currently enjoying free time with his family with two boys under two years old! Good luck, Joel!
