Loup Logistics celebrates the retirement of Corinne Dougherty, a great asset to the Loup family. She has 33 years of professional experience, lending 20 years of that time to Union Pacific and Loup. During her tenure, she worked in Marketing & Sales providing core training resources to our new employees, facilitated curriculum courses to enhance team competencies in key developmental areas, and even managed our Non-Ferrous & Industrial Minerals businesses. She’s led our Leadership Development Program coaching the next generation of leaders in the company, worked in Workforce Resources spearheading learning management tools, training and initiatives, and lent her expertise in the deployment of critical learning systems and programs. Corinne was the Workforce Resources Business Partner for the HDC for two years prior to her last role as WRBP for Loup Logistics, Risk Management and Safety (UP Police, RMCC and OPCC). She is also to thank for recruiting many of our amazingly talented employees that help our customers grow each day.

We cannot thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she has provided to Union Pacific and Loup over the last couple of decades and we wish her a happy and long retirement as she starts this new phase of life. Corinne leaves behind great words of wisdom – “Be kind to one another. There is always something beneath the surface and we can all use some grace.”
