Meet Dustin Scheel. He is a Senior Manager on Loup’s Carrier Relations Team. Dustin started his career at Loup’s parent company, Union Pacific Railroad, in 2006. It was his first job out of college. “After working the position for a few months, I decided I really enjoyed working here and that I wanted to grow within this company,” he said. Fifteen years later, he’s still enjoying his role.

As a Senior Manager on the Carrier Relations Team, Dustin’s responsibilities include handling Union Pacific moves throughout the network.

Day-to-day, Dustin facilitates:

• Cross-town loads
• Chassis repositionings
• Service recovery to protect customer loads

“What I find rewarding about my job is seeing the end results of my team’s hard work that helps to ensure Union Pacific terminals remain fluid and customers happy with the service we are able to provide.”

In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and supporting his kids at their basketball, football, and cheer competitions.
