Goal to Double Female Representation by 2030
Along with our parent company, Union Pacific Railroad, we continue to work toward our goal to double the female representation in our workforce from 5.5% to 11% by 2030, we look forward to having more women on board to build a solid path forward for our customers, our company and our industry.
